Step1: A product of refining crude oil
Start with virgin quality plastic granules, derived from naphtha (a product of refining crude oil).

Step 2: Naphtha Cracking and Polymerization
Naphtha is cracked to produce ethylene & propylene, then polymerized into PP (for chairs) and PE.

Step 3: Granule Manufacturing From Polymerized Plastic to Virgin Granules
Polymerized plastic is melted, filtered, cooled, and cut into virgin granules, packed and shipped.

Step 4: Product Manufacturing – Injection Molding Process
Virgin granules are melted and injected into Plasic Product and chair molds, producing 2000 chairs/day.

Step 5: Quality Inspection & Finishing
Products are checked for finish, strength, and accuracy; minor defects are trimmed.

Step 6: Contract Manufacturing Services
Factories can produce Products on behalf of clients using GST-compliant job work contracts.

Step 7: Packaging & Dispatch
Chairs are stacked, wrapped, and shipped to distributors, showrooms, exporters, and e-commerce.
